Magical Dental Shows
The Whole Tooth has three distintively different Educational Magical Dental Shows. Our innovative programs are designed for pre-school through grade school k-8. Entertainment packages are fun, educational and filled with lots of audience participation. Learning is fun with the Whole Tooth Dental Shows.
The Wisdom Tooth - This fun filled lesson in preventitive dentistry features the toothbrush illusion, the floss and brush twist, and a snack attack starring Sugar Freak Frankie. Smiling Dan shows up and saves the day in The Wisdom Tooth Show.
Sharon Kinney
Sharon Kinney, magician and puppeteer of Magicrabbit Productions willl guide students through a wonderful magical adventure to good dental health. Assisted by Max The "Dental Dog" these dental dino's teach brushing, flossing and rinsing through magic and puppetry. magicrabbit Producitons in working with denatl professionals is proud to provide these accurate entertainment packages of proper dental care.
Subject Highlights
Brushing:
With our Magical puppet "Max" we will show students first hand how to brush their teeth. Audience volunteers will have loads of fun helping Max learn how to correctly brush his teeth, when he brings along his giant toothbrush.
Flossing:
"Smiling Dan" our Dental Detective will help us understand how to properly floss our teeth. He will teach us how to be a good dental detective and find those pieces of hidden food between our teeth. We demonstrate with a bit of comedy magic just how important flossing is.
Rinsing:
Max shows us how to properly rinse, and when he forgets, children absolutely love this surprise ending.
Braces:
Braces pose a unique challenge for kids. Our Magician Sharon wore braces for many years and knows first hand the challenges that go along with having braces and retainers. Happy thoughts and positive words bring smiles to all when she's created her magic.
Tobacco - Smoking and Chewing:
Chewing Tobacco - This habit known also as dipping tobacco is becoming very popular among our youth. This is a very serious health hazard that can stain teeth, damage gums, mouth tissues & your tongue . Additionally it is a habit that can cause mouth cancers, tongue cancer, bone cancer and even death. Tobacco chewing by our research starts as young as 10 -12 years old. It is extremely addicting. Cigarette Smoking also addicting can cause the same health concerns as previously mentioned. It further can can also cause respitory problems, lung cancer and lead to other health concerns.
Drug Use
Certain illegal drug use has been found to encourage tooth decay and deterioration of bone structure in the mouth. We want to encourage our youth to say YES to healthy teeth and remain drug free.
Sports Protection:
Using mouth guards with sports can prevent tooth loss and injury. We teach students to be tooth smart and use dental protections. The cost of such protection is very inexpensive.
Keep up the Good Work:
To encourage the adoption of good dental care we will provide a new toothbrush to each student attending our assembly shows.
A Follow-up:
We will provide each school with a folder of activities and other information on dental health. Our goal is to provide teachers with the neccesary tools to promote good dental habits that will last a lifetime.

The Whole Tooth - has three different shows for you to choose from, and a price that is right for your budget.
* The Wisdom Tooth * Dental Capers and * Brush N' Floss
We have classroom shows; pre-school shows; scouting and club shows; and assembly shows. We will do our best to work with your school or organization to fit our educational dental shows into your budget. Shows are reasonably priced and we discount 2nd and 3rd assemblies presented back to back. Recommeded viewing capacity: Maximum 350 students per assembly.
* We do charge a small additional material fee for assemblies over 350 students (toothbrushes and handouts).
Our Magical Dental Shows are completely self-contained and can be set up on large stages or in your classroom. We travel within California regularily to bring good dental habits to your students, ( Additional travel expenses outside of California may apply.)
